Key Accounts Manager ANZ

We are looking for our new Key Accounts Manager ANZ, based in Botany! We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to spearhead our partnerships and engage with our valued clients. As a pivotal member reporting directly to the Commercial Director ANZ, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward.

Key highlights of the role:

  1. Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Cultivate and nurture relationships with our client base, focusing on their business needs throughout the ANZ region.

  2. Organic Growth: Drive organic growth by identifying opportunities within the current client base. 

  3. Become an Industry Expert: Embark on a journey to become an expert in Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for the aviation industry. No prior expertise required!

  4. No Cold Calling: Enjoy an account management role without the hassle of cold calling, focusing instead on building meaningful connections and fostering business growth.

  5. Travel Opportunities: Engage in both domestic and overseas travel, expanding your horizons and networking with industry leaders.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience we are looking for:

  • Relevant Industry Experience: Previous experience in Transport and Logistics or the aviation industry is highly advantageous, although not mandatory.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to establish quick rapport with clients and colleagues, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.

  • Commercial Acumen: A keen business sense coupled with a customer-centric approach to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and agility in navigating complex business landscapes.

  • Contractual Understanding: Possess a solid understanding of contracts with previous contract management experience. 

  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, to effectively communicate and present ideas.
