🏆 The Opportunity

Join our newly formed Business Integration department, established to improve realisation of TCR’s growth through the implementation of large-scale strategic commercial projects. You'll be working closely with senior management from both local entities and HQ, playing a pivotal role in transforming business deals into reality.

In this flexible and evolving department, your previous experience will shape the seniority of your role. Reporting to the Business Integration Manager, you'll collaborate closely to bridge the gap between Business Development and Operational/Asset departments. Your mission is to lead, coordinate, and support dedicated projects, ensuring efficient delivery through seamless communication, issue resolution, and progress tracking.

1. Project Management:

  • Be the Connector: Bring together stakeholders from various departments ensuring to work towards a common goal.

  • Manage teams: guide and follow-up on progress with workstream owners

  • Lead Execution: Set up and coordinate project management tools to keep projects on track.

  • Prioritize with Precision: Work with the Business Integration Manager to align project goals and priorities.

  • Innovate: Identify areas for improvement and propose enhancements to optimize outcomes.

  • Resource Allocation: Assist in scheduling, task assignment, follow-ups, and budget management.

2. Stakeholder Management:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure effective communication and alignment across teams.

  • Manage Relationships: Balance diverse project participants' objectives and manage stakeholder relationships.

  • Change Management: Navigate and manage changes effectively to meet project goals.

3. Project Execution:

  • Stay on Top: Follow up on activities to ensure issues are resolved swiftly.

  • Organize: Prepare and manage project meetings, status updates, and working sessions.

  • Proactive Monitoring: Keep an eye on timelines and deliverables, addressing potential risks early.

4. Project Communication:

  • Central Point of Contact: Be the go-to person for stakeholders on all project matters.

  • Gather Feedback: Collect and communicate stakeholder input for effective decision-making.

  • Update Regularly: Provide clear and concise project updates, highlighting progress and achievements.

  • Support Reporting: Assist in preparing detailed reports and presentations.

 

🕵 Who we are looking for:

  • Experience: 2-3 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

  • Attitude: Positive, enthusiastic, and a 'can do' mindset

  • Skills: Excellent communication, organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional and effective approach in a fast-paced environment

  • Passion: Enjoy working in an international, multicultural, matrix organization

  • Tools: Knowledge of project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.) is a plus

  • Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus
